We had a fantastic experience at The Big Biscuit! The portions were absolutely massive (you won’t leave hungry), and the service was top-notch. Be sure to ask for Hope! She truly spoiled us! She walked us through the menu with so much care, kept our cups filled, and made sure we had everything we needed...all with a bright smile. We’ll definitely be back!
Maple Bacon Chicken & Waffles was awesome! Taste great, very large portion and filling. Probably best chicken and waffles I've had. I added 2 overeasy eggs which really took it to the next level. Wait staff was great and atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
The food was amazing! Our 1st time coming here an my family an I where very impressed. The service was amazing! It was pretty packed when we entered, however we where seated very quickly. An the Atmosphere was very up beat! The food portions where a good size as well, even for the kids plate. We will definitely be back!
Had to go to Navy Fed, saw this next door, had to try it. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffles (no pickles, add butter), coffee, and an iced vanilla cold brew latte (to-go). Coffee came out hot, but not overly, enough that adding a little cream and sugar didn't make it cold. First sip of the coffee, it had a very mellow flavor, not burnt or dirty tasting like most breakfast places and, in my opinion, a pretty good cup. Soon after, my entree came out and when I stabbed the fork into the chicken, I was pleasantly surprised by the crispness of the breading. Trying to move it was a trial as it was so tender and juicy that the strip ripped trying to move it to the side. The waffle had a decent sweetness to it, but not overwhelming and was very soft. If I had a complaint about my meal, it was that the chicken wasn't true Nashville hot chicken...it was like they got a bowl of Lotta Zing from Golden Chick and sprinkled it all over; this made the chicken have good flavor, but not very spicy. In all, I definitely recommend this place (already have to my wife and daughter) and will be coming back.
Noble was great he was fast but not too fast took time to go over the menu with us as it was our first time eating here and also gave us great recommendations props to the chefs as well food was amazing ohhhhh and the bonuts ouuuuuuuu wiiiiiiiiii they was hittin
Our server Gabriel was polite and helpful, and made us feel welcome. We happened to order the largest meals possible! So much food at an affordable price, and it was absolutely delicious.
This is my favorite brunch restaurant. Highly recommend if you are looking for a flavorful and friendly brunch place. Our incredibly server Dawn was extremely friendly and was checking up on us to see if we needed anything. I ordered the waffle platter and it is delicious. The breakfast potatoes and Strawberry Sunrise are always so good!
Madi was very awesome at serving us today! She explained everything we had questions about. The iced salted caramel is my favorite!!! And food was very delicious.
I’ve known about this place for years but never got around to trying it until I moved back to Oklahoma—and I’m glad I finally did. The Big Biscuit on SE 29th is awesome. The food is fresh, the portions are huge, and everything just tastes like real comfort food. I visit this place quite frequently now, and it’s always been a great experience. It does get really busy on weekends, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Live close to the area and saw this place built and open but never got a chance to stop in until now. And man was I missing out. absolutely phenomenal food. They weren’t joking on “the big biscuit”, these things are HUGE but still SO good!!! Service was wonderful, I can’t thank Katie K enough for her recommendations and help making our first visit so awesome. The waffle is so buttery and balanced, the biscuits are so soft and pillowy while being moist and buttery, the breakfast potatoes were BOMB (get them with add-ons, thank you Katie for that recommendation!) ABSOLUTELY will be back and highly advise you try here if you’re curious about it! Money well spent and tummy absolutely happy!
